About CardResell

CardResell is an online marketplace for UFC and MMA trading cards, operated by Varelaville Collectibles LLC, an Arkansas company. It is a website, not just an Instagram page: collectors list cards for free, buyers check out on the site, and our payment processor holds the payment until the carrier confirms delivery and the inspection window ends.

Is CardResell legit?

CardResell is an online marketplace for UFC and MMA trading cards, operated by Varelaville Collectibles LLC, an Arkansas company. It is not a gift card reseller and not a bank. You can read how a payment is held, see the public record of every completed sale, and reach us by email before you buy or list. See How payments work on CardResell, the public sale record and what we promise, with the limits.

How does CardResell make money?

A seller commission when a card sells: 5% of the item price under $500, 4% from $500 up to $2,000 and 3% from $2,000 up, with a $0.50 minimum, and no commission on a seller's first completed sale. CardResell does not sell cards for other people and does not buy cards outright (cash offers are not live). Buyers pay a card-processing fee at checkout (2.9% plus 30 cents for delivery to a US address, 4.4% plus 30 cents outside the US). There are no listing fees, and no one pays for placement: a seller's fees do not change where a card appears, and CardResell does not sell featured spots. See Selling fees vs eBay.

What does CardResell not do?

CardResell does not grade, authenticate or appraise cards, runs no auctions, and lists no sports other than UFC and MMA. It is a venue, not the seller: every sale is between the buyer and the seller, and CardResell does not take possession of the cards. It does not sell cards for other people: sellers list and ship their own. CardResell is not a bank and does not provide escrow services.

How are card values worked out?

A value is shown only when at least 3 recorded sales of the same card back it, with the sample size and dates beside it; otherwise the page says "Building". Values come from recorded sales that can be incomplete or out of date, and they are not an appraisal. The scanner is AI-assisted and can be wrong (Terms, Section 11). See the fighter price guides and the free price check.

Is CardResell affiliated with the UFC?

No. CardResell is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UFC, TKO, Topps, Fanatics, Panini, any promotion, manufacturer or athlete. All trademarks and likenesses belong to their respective owners.

How do I cite a CardResell figure?

Name the page, the number of recorded sales behind the figure and the date of the newest sale that page shows. A price figure appears on CardResell only when at least 3 recorded sales of the same card back it. Figures can be incomplete or out of date and are not an appraisal. To ask about a figure or report a correction, email support@cardresellai.com.
