Where to buy UFC cards
UFC cards are sold in the UFC Store, on eBay, on live-selling shows, by consignment companies and auction houses, at card shops and card shows, in direct messages and on CardResell. The best place depends on the card, because a $5 base card and a graded rookie autograph need different checks. CardResell publishes this page and is one of the eight options. Only CardResell's figures and PayPal's published position are quoted, as of October 2026, and they can change.
Eight places to buy a UFC card, side by side
No fee or price is quoted here for any place except CardResell, where the figures are our own. Every other option points to its own page, because prices and policies change and no figure is quoted that was not read from its source. CardResell's figures and PayPal's published position are as of October 2026.
| Where | What it is | What it costs a buyer | How you pay | What to check |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The UFC Store | The UFC's official online store. | See their page: UFC Store. No figure is quoted here. | Set by the store. See its pages for current terms. | Check whether it carries the card you want. A store sells what it stocks; it is not a place to compare single cards from many collectors. |
| eBay | A general marketplace where cards from every sport and category are listed, as fixed price or auction. | Buyers pay the item price, shipping and any sales tax. See eBay for current buyer terms. No figure is quoted here. | Through eBay's own payment system. See eBay's pages for current terms. | Read the photos and the seller's feedback, and read eBay's current buyer protection terms before you bid or buy. An auction's final price is not known in advance. |
| A live-selling show (for example Whatnot) | Sellers present cards on a live video stream and buyers bid or buy while it runs. | See their pages: Whatnot. No figure is quoted here. | Set by the platform. See its pages for current terms. | A live sale moves fast, so decide your limit before you bid. |
| Consignment or an auction house (for example COMC or Goldin) | A company lists cards that sellers sent to it, or sells them in an auction. | See their pages: COMC and Goldin. No figure is quoted here. | On the terms the company sets. | The card is not in the seller's hands, so read the company's condition and return rules, and an auction's final price is not known in advance. |
| A local card shop | A shop sells cards in person from its case. | Set by the shop. Compare its price with recorded sold prices for the same card. | In person, as the shop allows. | You can inspect the card in hand. A shop prices a card to resell it, so compare more than one price. |
| A card show table | An in-person event where dealers rent tables and sell to people who walk by. | Set by each dealer at the table. Admission and travel vary by show; see the show's own page. | In person, by whatever method you and the dealer agree. | Inspect the card in hand and ask for a receipt that names the card. See UFC card shows for the two meanings of the term. |
| Instagram, Facebook or Discord DMs | You buy directly from a collector you found in a group or a message thread. | No marketplace fee. A payment method may charge its own fee, so see the payment provider's fee page. | By whatever method you and the seller agree. PayPal Friends & Family payments are not eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection (PayPal User Agreement, as of October 2026). | No marketplace sits in the middle to hold the payment or decide a case. See PayPal Friends & Family vs a held payment. |
| CardResell (publishes this page) | A marketplace for UFC and MMA cards only, where sellers list their own cards. Prices are fixed and buyers can make an offer; there are no auctions and no other sports. | The item price, tracked shipping, insurance at cost on orders over $100, and a card-processing fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents for delivery to a US address (4.4% plus 30 cents outside the US). Every amount is shown before you pay. | You pay at checkout and the payment is held by our payment processor until the carrier confirms delivery and the inspection window ends, or until you confirm receipt. | A card that arrives damaged or not as described can be reported as a case before the inspection window ends. The seller can contest it and CardResell decides under the published rules. CardResell does not grade or authenticate cards, so read how to tell if a UFC card is real. |
Questions to ask for each kind of card
These are questions to ask, not a ranking. The right place depends on the card and on what you want from the purchase.
- A base card worth a few dollars: ask what shipping and fees add, because a small card can cost nearly as much to ship as to buy.
- A graded, numbered or autographed card: ask whether the photos show the slab label, the serial number or the signature, and look the cert number up on the grader's own site. See how to tell if a UFC card is real.
- A rookie card: confirm the exact card number and set. UFC rookie cards names the rookie card of three fighters, each from two independent sources.
- Any card: check recorded sold prices for the same card before you pay. The free scanner and price check and the fighter price guides show them, and a value appears only when 3 or more recorded sales of the same card back it.
Where CardResell is not the cheapest for a buyer
A buyer on CardResell pays a card-processing fee at checkout, so the total is above the card price. A direct purchase from a collector or at a show table has no such fee, and also no payment held until delivery and no case process. Compare the all-in price, not the card price, on every site. What UFC cards have sold for is on What UFC cards sell for.
Staying careful, wherever you buy
Ask for more photos, pay in a way that lets you report a problem, and keep the tracking and the listing. For buying outside a marketplace, see PayPal Friends & Family vs a held payment. For how cases work on CardResell, see How CardResell Protection works. For what shipping costs and which countries are supported, see Shipping and countries.
Common questions
- Where can I buy UFC cards?
- UFC cards are sold in the UFC Store, on general marketplaces such as eBay, on live-selling shows such as Whatnot, by consignment and auction companies such as COMC and Goldin, at local card shops and card shows, and by collectors in direct messages. CardResell lists only UFC and MMA cards. There is no single best place, so compare the all-in price and what each place does if a card is not as described.
- Where can I buy a graded UFC card?
- Slabbed cards turn up in most of the places above. Check the grade and cert number in the photos and look the cert up on the grader's own site. On CardResell the grade is stated by the seller or read from the slab label, and CardResell does not grade, authenticate or appraise cards.
- What does buying on CardResell cost?
- You pay the item price, tracked shipping, insurance at cost on orders over $100 and a card-processing fee: 2.9% plus 30 cents for delivery to a US address, 4.4% plus 30 cents for delivery outside the US. Every amount is shown before you pay.
- What protection does a purchase from a DM have?
- A DM purchase has no marketplace in the middle. PayPal Friends & Family payments are not eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection (PayPal User Agreement, as of October 2026), and rules differ by payment provider, so check the current terms of any payment method before you pay. On CardResell the buyer pays first and the payment is held by our payment processor until the carrier confirms delivery and the inspection window ends.
- How do I know what price to pay for a UFC card?
- Check recorded sold prices for the same card. The free scanner and price check reads a photo and shows a value only when 3 or more recorded sales of the same card back it, and the read can be wrong. Recorded sales can be incomplete or out of date, and nothing it shows is an appraisal.
